USA Visas offers assistance to US citizens and Permanent Resident Aliens seeking immigrant status for family memebers. All family members must first acquire immigrant visa approval through the filing of an I-130 petition with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS). Once the immigrant visa is approved, the family member will either seek further processing for permanent residence at a U.S. Consulate outside the United States or through the USCIS inside the United States.
